At heart I am a Portuguese Canadian girl who moved to New York City to pursue my dreams.

If you want a little insight into my soul, you need to know that I am someone who strongly believes in dreams.

I believe in love and friendship.

I believe that each of us has the power and ability to create and live the life that we want.

I believe that mothers go through a tremendous emotional, physical and mental transition that is difficult to navigate without support.

In Canada, I was one of the hosts of a popular kids game show called “Uh Oh!” on Canada’s national network YTV, which as of 2015 is the third longest running TV show on that station.

After a long career in entertainment, I decided to become a stay at home mom to my three wonderful boys.

With the support of my husband I began to listen to that little voice in my head and became a certified life coach. Now I am the founder and CEO of Jump Start For Change LLC, a company I created to inspire moms to take action towards their dreams.

I help moms, who feel like they have lost touch with themselves and their dreams, reconnect with who they were before having kids and bring that into alignment with their role as a mother. Through love, acceptance and encouragement I increase their confidence and help them set goals that incorporate their personal, professional and maternal needs.
