I'm a seasoned BPO executive and HR practitioner with 14+ years of progressive experience. My tour of duty includes working for 2 of the Big 4 Auditing Firms (Ernst & Young and KPMG) and BPOs/Contact Centers of various sizes.
I am a serial entrepreneur. I specialize in setting up, incubating and growing successful businesses by creating an ecosytem of People, Process and Technology.

I am a rockstar dad. I make sure that my kids grow up with proper "daddy" guidance and support.

I am an amateur runner currently doing 21K but will finally compete for a full marathon by end of year.

And last but not least I am passionate about fine beers. A good crafts beer to cap off a busy day is a taste of heaven or mana from the sky after a day slogging in the desert.
