I'm Poli. I live in Bognor Regis, UK and I've always made things.
As a child I would go to jumble sales and come home with carrier bags full of interesting clothing, fabrics and nik-naks.
My mother despaired, but I unconsciously knew I was destined to upcycle my way in the world.
I'm still going to jumble sales, charity shops, car boot sales, etc, etc and now I come home with even bigger bags of interesting bits and bobs (mostly textiles.)
The things I make nowadays are available to buy on my website, Facebook page and on my stall at various local markets.
In my spare time, I write several blogs and dress up as a wartime nurse for reenactment purposes. Everyone needs a hobby.
