After being diagnosed herself with a neurological condition in the 90s, Ms. Pfluger envisioned a future of healthcare where therapies were focused on treating the root cause of disease instead of only lessening the symptoms.

From there, she spent the following 15 years establishing herself as a scientist, inventor and entrepreneur. Today she is running and growing Juno Biomedical as the CEO and Founder, where she has raised $350,000 to date, including $100,000 from the Bridge 37 Venture Firm that was part of Juno Biomedical's acceptance into an elite Silicon Valley accelerator program.

With Juno Biomedical Inc., Ms. Pfluger endeavors to build a bridge between the cutting edge technologies in regenerative medicine and the therapies available for patients in the United States and internationally.
