Junren Chu

Hello. I'm Junren, a student at Iroquois Ridge High School in Oakville Ontario. I originally lived in Japan, but moved to Canada when I was in Grade 3.

My hobbies are playing on the piano, drawing/painting, playing badminton, and playing video games.

The piano was the first instrument I've ever played. I started playing the piano at the age of 4, where gradually, I began feeling passionate about music. Out of all musical works, I especially love Frédéric Chopin's compositions. His musics are all poetized with great melody, and tells a story indirectly.

Another art's hobby I love is visual art. I've once donated a painting to the Iroquois Ridge Community Library with a starting bid of twenty-dollars. There, the first person bid fifty-dollars and the painting was sold. This made me extremely happy due to it being the first painting ever sold in my entire life.

In school, I aim to get perfect on all assignments. The same ambition also applies when I play badminton and video games.

My high achieving personality wishes to advance greater in these hobbies.
