I use the two words to discribe myself: yrittelijäs tuusaaja (i dont know what this is in english) and teampreneur. My latest learning that i want to remind myself every day is: think big - think a little bit bigger - act small.

My tasks for year 2014 is finding out how to spread teampreneurship mindset, finding a team to work with and experimenting in the line of teamcoaching and prototyping.
