Enjoy tapping into my Exposure of 32 years as a Flight Attendant, and a Trainer to them - for 16 years. [June 2012 to Dec 2013] Completed a stint with the 'Cabin Crew' of Helitours (Pvt) Ltd of the Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) for a safe-air-travel regulatory certification program as required by the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka (CAASL). Was a 'first time' and 'one of a kind exercise for the SLAF in relation to the Cabin Crew, and am glad that I was sourced for this project. It bridged the gap between military and civil air travel requirements, needs and knowledge - pertaining to Cabin Crew. Currently leveraging the Web to pursue 'Accelerated Learning' to 'Enhance Performance by Self Facilitation' towards positive growth. I have dedicated my life to be crusader, catalyst, guide, and inspire individuals who aspire to the meaning of VALUE - 'value delivery'. On a personal note, believe in a predetermined calibration of 'three and over out of a five,' towards 'Human Capital'. A lot to do with self, prior to 'Reducing Cost and Maximizing Profits'.
