Justin O. Cooper is an award-winning creative talent & marketing communications professional. For more than 10 years he has amassed a wealth of experience and success in corporate and entertainment sectors. Presently he is a Senior Account Executive for entertainment PR firm, Rogers & Cowan (Los Angeles) where supports the publicity efforts of multiple clients on a regional and national level.

Cooper previously served as PR & Marketing Specialist and TV & Film Liaison for Emory Healthcare Network Member, Southern Regional Medical Center in Atlanta. In this role he was the first point of contact for print and broadcast media where managed crisis communications, drafted and disseminated internal and external communications, served as media/ad buyer co-managing a budget topping over $1 Million dollars, & production manager of photo & video shoots for print and broadcast ad/commercials.

His most notable achievement during his tenure at SRMC is his success as on-location production manager for network TV and feature film projects. Cooper was the first point of contact for the GA Film Commission, Film Clayton (Clayton County, GA), and Hollywood producers and directors interested in filming on-location. Under his direction, Cooper earned over $450,000 for SRMC from 2011 – 2014. Notable projects he’s responsible for include What to Expect When You’re Expecting (Lionsgate), Queen Latifah’s Steel Magnolias (Lifetime TV), Ride Along (Universal), “Resurrection” (ABC) and others.

He served as Celebrity Publicist to recording artist and actress, Ann Nesby, providing publicity, marketing, production and tour support for the GRAMMY Award winning singer.
