Justin Randolph

Chicago, IL

I've been practicing since immigration law since 2001 and employment discrimination law since 2004. As a student at the DePaul University College of Law in the late 1990’s, I took immigration law courses taught by experts in the field. A clinical asylum course at DePaul provided me with my first hands-on experience in high stakes cases and I haven't looked back since. After law school, I worked for a boutique immigration firm where I handled a wide variety of immigration matters and then a small firm handling employee discrimination claims. I opened my own practice in 2004 and I handle immigration matters for clients around the world and deportation/removal cases for clients at the Chicago Immigration Court. In addition to my practice, I have been teaching immigration law and procedure to paralegals at Wright College since 2007.
