As Senior Instructional Designer at CSAA Insurance group a AAA Insurer I help learners feel more fulfilled and more satisfied at work due to improved performance. I possess a unique blend of technical savvy and people skills which make me very easy to work with on any project. I have the experiential knowledge necessary to help enhance organizational return on investment by improving employee performance through the design and delivery of engaging, effective, and efficient training.

I have been with CSAA Insurance Group since 2011 where i work on the Instructional Design team with a group of equally passionate and extremely talented internal and contract training professionals spread across the globe.

What does the ID team do? The primary goal of the instructional design team is to drive key business results by evaluating performance gaps, design and develop solutions, and evaluate solution effectiveness.

I got into performance improvement because I care about people and how they feel about their work. Now I work for a company that cares equally about people and their families as I do.

When I am not in the office I spend time with my wife and two children. I also enjoy golfing, fishing, and officiating high school basketball and football.
