Currently pursuing a PhD in English with an emphasis in Medieval Studies at the University of New Mexico, working with Drs. Helen Damico, Timothy Graham, and Anita Obermeier.

My current research focus is on food in Anglo-Saxon England, its cultural importance and its literary functions.
