With over 20 years experience in the IT Services sector, a mix of both technical and management expertise, I've seen first hand the struggle that businesses face when it comes to continuity planning. Many organisations just do not have the time and resource that will allow them to prepare for those unforeseen incidents and instead rely upon a mixture of 'luck and goodwill' to see them through.

Today, 'luck and goodwill' is no longer sufficient. Insurers, clients, both existing & potential and financial institutions are looking for real evidence of preparedness.

Evidence that can only be provided if a valid Continuity Plan has been devised and practiced.

Over the years, I've worked with a diverse range of organisations, from international finance & construction companies to mid size design & print houses or charities, each time assisting the management teams with business continuity planning at various stages of their development lifecycle. Maintaining the development lifecycle has always been the greatest challenge.
