Justin Favela

I am Justin Favela. I am a recruiter currently supporting Woolpert via contract with Lucas Group. As corny and cliché is it may sound, my dream job is helping find people theirs. I love recruiting and am constantly looking to improve my recruiting skills and extend my outreach to those looking for new opportunities. So I'd love to connect with and meet others in the recruiting industry, as well as GIS, Geopspatial, and remote sensing professionals looking for a new opportunity.

I have a passion for soccer. I currently follow Chelsea FC and am a proud supporter of the US Men's and Women's National Teams, but I will watch any and every game I can find.

I am a profilic blog reader, and fledgling blogger and blog contributor. I love people's opinions and insights, even if its not in a field or topic I've never had much interest in or experience with. I believe that by learning how the world is viewed through the eyes of others by understanding what's important to them (and those who read their content), I can do nothing but improve both personally and professionally. One day, I intend to write my own blog. Until then, know that I probably am reading/have read yours. I'm also a sucker for a good quote every now and then.
