I'm a computer scientist and Python developer working on infrastructure for large-scale NGS pathogen surveillance at FDA-CFSAN. I'm a contributing author to several tools and systems, including Bootsie, SNP-Pipeline, SeaRaven, GenomeTrakr, GalaxyTrakr, and most recently FDA-GRaSP, a biosurveillance architecture built on AWS Serverless technologies.
