Justin Vincent

Though born and currently living in Brisbane, Justin hails from the luscious tropics of Cairns, North Queensland. He prefers the slightly relaxed attitude and serenety of the tropics, but is glad the pace of the city has kept him rolling forward in his endevours within the audio world.

He developed a passion for music throughout his schooling years starting out with Piano lessons, eventually switching to guitar in highschool as he aspired to be in a rock band. Justin was a member of the schools 'big band' which travelled to schools locally and to Brisbane to showcase their talent. He also participated in many other musical events hosted by the school inside and outside of class hours.

Slowly being influenced by heavier artists, Justin formed a band with peers named 'Avada' towards the end of his teenage years which later developed into one of his current bands 'For The End'. Whilst this project is on hold due to members still living in Cairns, Justin turned to a side project titled 'Sedation'. Sedation released an EP mid 2014 and have already started to leave a strong impact within the Brisbane live metal scene, gradually gaining a fan base with their fast riffs, melodic solos and crushing breakdowns.

Returning to Brisbane with a dream to make a name for himself not only as a musican but an audio engineer as well, Justin is focused on gaining as much knowledge as possible from his lecturers and peers, and putting the best possible version of himself out there for the world to see.
