Justin A. Holland

Justin is a proud sixth-generation Rockwall County resident with extensive involvement and experience in the Lake Ray Hubbard area. Justin grew up in and around the real estate environment; his father Lance was a founder of Regal Realtors in the early 1990s. Justin now owns and operates the company. He has seen the area grow and develop from a small community to a thriving residential and economic hub in the DFW metroplex. The principles of hard work, determination and a servant’s heart were passed along to him through his family’s example in real estate, cotton farming, law and justice. Justin is well-prepared to service clients through knowledge and experience of the area's residential market and future development opportunities. He has both a deep appreciation for the past and a vision for the future of the Lake Ray Hubbard area. Justin's diverse range of experience in real estate, home sales, commercial banking and municipal public service has allowed him to participate in transactions involving residential home and investment sales, planned lot developments, land use, land acquisition, leasing, ground-up construction, retail pad site planning/zoning, entitlement and professional office building projects. Justin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Texas Tech University in 2005 and a Master of Science in Management from Texas A&M; University-Commerce in 2008. He is currently serving his third term on the Heath City Council and has twice served as Mayor Pro Tem.
