Justin Apgar

I am a 21 year old freshman at Plymouth State. I am from a town called Brick Township in New Jersey. I live in the town next to where the show "Jersey Shore" was filmed. So I am about 10 minutes from the beach and I couldn't be happier about it. Living on the shore is one of the best things. My home is where people go on vacation, what could be better than that?

I have been playing hockey my whole life and that is the reason I am starting school as a 21 year old freshman. I have been playing Junior Hockey for the past few years. I played for the Jersey Shore Wildcats. This past season, we almost had a perfect season, we went 40-1. We actually went and won the NA3EHL championship!

Hockey has also been a huge part in my life and I hope to work in the hockey industry for the rest of my life. Most people assume that I would be a New Jersey Devils fan, but I am not. I am an Ottawa Senators fan. Most people laugh and say what? When I tell them that. My favorite player is Erik Karlsson. Maybe one day I will work for the Senators, could you imagine that? A Jersey boy.

I love the sport of hockey and it basically consumes my life!
