Justin Arest

As the managing partner of Arest Associates, LLC, in New York City, Justin Arest oversees a variety of functions related to real estate investment and management. He has overseen various projects, including the planning and execution of large-scale renovations. Justin Arest is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's investments. Experienced in ensuring both the financial and physical health of properties, Justin Arest strives to generate value by increasing efficiencies and profitablity.

Adept in allocating the resources and investment opportunities of the company as a whole, Justin Arest dedicates much of his time to developing procedure and cultivating a strong team. He comes to this leadership role with a strong background in business and in law, having received a juris doctor from the George Washington University Law School as well as a bachelor of science in finance and international business from New York University's Stern School of Business. A former associate with O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where he focused on corporate law, Mr. Arest now concentrates full-time on his real estate responsibilities.
