Professionally, I'm a public school principal in Seattle, Washington. I speak and write about principal performance and productivity, and am a 3rd-year PhD student at the University of Washington in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies. Personally, I've been married to the lovely Amy for more than 10 years, and we recently celebrated the birth of our daughter, Vivienne.
