I’m a consultant with PwC in the Transformation Design and Delivery practice with a focus on government and public sector services.

I am a globally recognised service designer with a keen interest and experience in compliance based public services.

At PwC I work at the intersection of human, digital and service.

I've come to PwC after founding and working at my own service design agency from 2003 - 2020.

Before that I was one of the original user-focused designers in the Australian public service (and world) as part of the Integrated Tax Design project in the Australian Taxation Office.

I am privileged to live and work in Ngunnawal Country, Canberra, Australia.
