Justin was from 2012-2016 the Creative Industries Strategist at Plymouth University. Where he created AFFINITY WITH PLYMOUTH UNIVERSITY a new innovation and creativity agency model residing within a network of 27,000 people.

Justin developed and created new and innovative partnerships with The Port Eliot Festival, London Design Week, London Craft Week and TATE MODERN.

Between 2003 and 2012, he was the founder and CEO of Rivers Run Red. Justin's background is in brand development, which he views as the backbone and nucleus of any organisations success. During his tenure at Wolff Olins he was privileged to have strategically helped develop: Orange, RBS, Natwest, Three mobile, TATE Modern, GM, POWWOW Water, MINT credit card to name but a few.

His main strengths: Strategic creative branding, Innovation integration and Creative Marketing. Justin also has a strong belief in the power of narrative.

As an experiential marketer, his work has been varied and stimulating, with engagements and experience in film marketing with Disney: Pixar Cars, The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy and Chronicles of Narnia

With Carat Deep Blue - Justin was integral in development of projects for adidas and Reebok (including winning the global $670million planning account)

As a Strategic Brand Consultant, Justin has also worked with McKinsey and Philips Design. In 2011, he worked extensively with Johnson&Johnson.

He pioneered the development of the Immersive Workspaces Platform, a complete immersive B2B internal collaboration software solution for companies and brands. Recognised as one of the leading visionaries of the virtual community space. He has appeared on the BBC's Money Programme, BBC Breakfast, CNN, MSNBC and even had a stint on Richard&Judy!

Among many awards, including three Webby Awards, he also was awarded the prestigious BT Essence of an Entrepreneur, for his outstanding contribution to the rising social media.

His narrative work, Justin has produced and developed theatre projects with the legendary character Lenny Beige.
