Mortar embodies the dedication to deliver great food and a memorable experience to the NTU alumni. For centuries, mortars has been used infusing great flavours into dishes. At the same time, mortarboards are worn by NTU graduates during their convocation ceremony, a rite of passage that marks the completion of their studies. A culmination of both, Mortar Restaurant & Bar brings about the essence of social networking to NTU alumni.
