Justin Harter

Justin Harter is a 23 year-old website designer living and working in Indianapolis, Indiana. A native of Southern Indiana, Justin built his first website at the age of 15 and has helped a countless number of people with their website designs and questions all across the Midwest. He builds websites with a strong focus on usability, functionality and super clear design. He provides a fantastic experience with bold designs, great videos, stellar photos and attention to detail. An avid social organizer, Justin is the founder of Refresh Indy, a large and fast-growing organization of website designers and developers that meet monthly in Downtown Indianapolis. In addition, Justin is working with regional educators and universities to develop a sustainable mentorship program for Indiana’s top high school students pursuing careers in website design and development.
