Justin Lacaillade

Justin brings a growth mindset, insatiable curiosity, and unrelenting drive to iterate and improve to any challenge. He is a proven commercial leader with a track record of delivering consistent revenue and margin growth while leading through commercial and technology transformations. Prior to joining the healthcare industry, Justin spent the first 14 years of his career in the construction materials, engineered solutions, and electronics industries and the better part of a decade at The General Electric Company being promoted through a number of roles of increasing revenue responsibility in Product Management and Sales. Justin has led teams of up to 13 sales and marketing professionals, managed networks of over 35 manufacturers’ representative agencies, and grown and managed revenue streams of over $100MM. Most recently Justin led the service sales organization for GE LCS business over the western half of the country providing service, training, and software solutions for anesthesia, respiratory care, diagnostic cardiology, patient monitoring, and hospital networks. Justin holds a BA from Kenyon College, in Gambier, OH, and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, IL.
