As senior assistant district attorney in New York's Kings County, Justin Marrus tries a wide variety of criminal matters. He has demonstrated skill in interviewing witnesses, law enforcement professionals, and defendants with differing levels of credibility and cooperation. Over the years, Justin Marrus has also collaborated with numerous law enforcement agencies, from the New York Police Department to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and is experienced in gathering evidence with the help of hospitals, social media companies, and other private organizations.

Well versed in litigating cases ranging from homicide to financial fraud, Justin Marrus is able to assess the strength of each case and recommend a course of action.
