Now I work with a small, local, boutique brokerage in Johns Creek. We work with over lenders and specialize in helping locals refinance their properties or getpre-approved for funding for their next or first-home.

Unlike direct lenders who work for the company writing their checks, I work for you. You won't be steered toward a certain loan program because that's the only option the lender has available for you. Instead, you'll have multiple options available from multiple lenders and multiple loan programs.
