Hey there, I’m Justin. I’m an experienced NCAA Division I Baseball coach living in Hoboken, New Jersey. I am a fan of baseball, sports, and entrepreneurship. In this year's D1Baseball.com Top 30 Recruiters NCAA Division I Coaches Poll, I was voted the Top Recruiter in the Northeast Conference. I'm having a lot of fun doing what I love.

Coach McKay's Baseball Camps are held with several goals in mind. Our staff is fully invested in teaching the game of baseball and the many facets within the game. We will teach campers the same drills and techniques that we teach our student/athletes at the collegiate level. Each camper conversely will get to work with our coaching staff and current and former players, using our campus facilities, giving insight to the true Division I baseball experience.
