Welcome! Over the past few years I've been on a journey. For years, I followed what I was "supposed" to do - good college program, lucrative career path, and weekend partying, drinking and chasing girls, all in the search to fill some void that existed... I was out of balance, looking for Instant Gratification, and my career path did not match what I was called to do.

Ongoing hard work, determination, and a series of life changing events including finding God, I've found my calling and career path as a holistic health counselor.

My passion is working with people in their 20's to create a lifestyle that they love and not settling for less. You can create a life that you love, a life you were designed to live, and that is proof by the dreams and desires we all have, but often trade in for our life's circumstances.

Studying at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition has further developed my love of finding what real, LASTING fulfillment is and what makes us happy. Working in this industry is a true passion for me - coaching people through nutrition and fitness-based programs and groups that have made the decision they ARE going to get on the healthy path and OWN their life, just as they were born to do.
