Justin Panagapko lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba where he works in both civil engineering - through his business, Arctic Foundations of Canada - and welding, through his business 364 Metalworks.

As President and Owner of both Arctic Foundations and 364 Metalworks, Justin has a busy and robust career. Through Arctic Foundations, he provides proprietary ground freezing technology in order to analyze, design, manufacture, install, and operate ground freezing and heat transfer systems. Through 364 Metalworks, he offers clients highly specialized structural steel fabrication, pressure welding, and pressure vessel fabrication services.

Outside of his career, Justin Panagapko loves sports and the chance to engaged competitively with others. He enjoys snowmobiling and has a lifelong passion for curling.
