Justin earned a master’s degree in education, completed his coaching certification from one of the top programs in the country, is a faculty member for the Institute for Organization Management, andhas received additional certifications in body language, emotional intelligence, Myers-Briggs, performance consulting, consultative selling, and conflict resolution.
