Justin Rudisille

Justin oversees the recruitment, training, and recognition initiatives for volunteers at all levels, as well as coordinates membership support and consultation services as the Volunteer and Member Engagement Strategist for the Association of College Unions International in Bloomington, Ind. He liaises with ACUI’s regions, the Volunteer Development Team, the College Union and Student Activities consultation program, the Council for the Advancement of Standards in Higher Education,and the awards and recognition programs.

His professional interests include organizational development, volunteer management, training and program development, the advising of student organizations, civic and free speech activities, and the influence of pop culture and media.

Studying adolescent math education as an undergraduate at the University of Toledo and college student personnel as a graduate student at Bowling Green State University, Justin enjoys exploring culture in cities, playing rock covers on piano or ukulele, observing trends, trying new restaurants, making seasonal playlists, getting inspired by big ideas, and watching witty situational comedies.
