If you were at a nice restaurant and you looked in a mirror and saw that you had food on your face, how would you remove it?

B. Wipe your own face

If you answered B then you are correct. Life is the same way, all we need to do is look within and we can shift our outer world.

What I do is help people see the thing that is being reflected back at them so they can learn the lesson and move forward!
