I was a Product Guy long before Kanye started talking about it.

It may sound a bit trite, but I think that I have the best job in the world (for me). I love solving customer problems by delivering solutions which have the customer at their core.

I do this by empathising with the customer, identifying the root cause of the problem, and then working with great people to figure out how best to solve these problems in the fastest way possible.

I have worked in many roles in my career including product management at dot-com/bomb start-ups, as an insights analyst, in CRM and customer retention and of course digital product management.

Along this journey I have learnt the following about myself:

I love product - the whole process from discovery and design through to delivery, all of it! Every project or customer problem presents a fresh set of challenges to deal with, which is incredibly stimulating.

You can’t create amazing experiences without a strong set of processes and practices. Getting process and controls right first has been the basis of my successes.

I am driven to keep learning about my craft, people, and myself. I am always looking for new ways to do things better or trying a new approach.

Product is about technology but it’s actually about people – customers, users and the team.
