Justin Tsao

Born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan ROC (Republic of China)
At the age of 10, Justin, along with his mother and younger sister from Taipei, Taiwan migrated to Brisbane, Australia.
Started the English language from zero, Justin picked his own English name in Warrigal Primary School.
In 2001, Justin was graduated in Coorparoo Primary School. Also began learning the art of violin music at that time.
In 2006, Justin completed his tertiary education in Anglican Church Grammar School. He continued learning the violin until he achieved Grade 8 in AMEB (Australian Music Examination Board)
On an interesting note, Justin did his senior year work experience in Castlemaine Perkins XXXX Brewery in Milton, Brisbane before he turned 18!
In 2012, Justin graduated from The University of Queensland with Bachelor of Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering (Honours).
During his 4 years of university, Justin was awarded Xstrata Coal Queensland Chemical Engineering Scholarship value at AUD $10,000 p.a., The Leo Howard Memorial Bursary 2008 Value at AUD $1,000. Also completed 2 summer vacation work programs with BMA Coal Peak Downs Mine and Xstrata Coal Oaky Creek Mine.
From Feb 2012 to March 2013, Justin Tsao had accomplished his 2 years of Graduate Program in Gove Alumina Refinery, Northern Territory with Rio Tinto - Pacific Aluminium.
Since then, he had begun his entrepreneurship with his family business, Rainbow Hardware Co., Ltd. http://www.rb-hardware.com A successful hardware fasteners company established since 1980 by Jenny Tsao.

嘿！！ 我是曹煜杰, 小學四年級那時10歲就與母親和妹妹從台灣移居到澳洲布里斯本。 從零開始入學英語，小學選擇自己的英文名字。
2001年，我在澳洲布里斯本Coorparoo小學畢業。另外在那個時候開始學習小提琴音樂。2006年，我在英國教會學校完成高等教育。繼續學習小提琴，我通過了8年級AMEB（澳大利亞音樂考試委員會）
在我上大學的4年，我榮獲了昆士蘭斯特拉塔煤炭化學工程獎學金價值每年10,000澳幣，以及獅子會霍華德紀念助學金2008值1,000澳元。還完成兩個暑假工作方案,就業於澳洲最大的礦業和金屬公司; 必和必拓(BMA) Peak Downs Mine炭煤礦工廠 和 超達集團 (Xstrata) Oaky Creek Coal Mine炭煤礦工廠。
在2010年11月底，我畢業於昆士蘭大學化學與冶金工程（榮譽）學士。
從2011年2月至2013年3月，我在氧化鋁精煉廠 - 力拓集團（Rio Tinto），澳洲北領地 完成了2年以上的工作經驗。
2013年4月，我決定放棄澳洲鋁礦業的職場，我決定選擇回台灣找自己的職涯藍圖!
