Hey there, I’m Justin Bowers. I’m a Animation and Cinematic Arts major at Columbus College of Art and Design. I have been living in Columbus Ohio my whole life, and truly know it as home. I am a product of a childhood split between time spent in front of a TV and time surrounded by woods. I dream to make movies about topics that genuinely move me and expand my understanding of the human condition. While being able to travel the world and all of it’s reserved nature landscapes. With hobbies in photography, the arts, filmmaking, and backpacking I am looking to be able to capture my own dreams one day, in both analog and digital formats.

I have always watched movies and been very observant to their meanings. A fascination with photography and screenwriting came soon after my initial viewing of “The Godfather”. Nature has always been extremely rewarding and familiar to me. A personal goal of mine is to be able to see all of our national parks one day. As artist before me have felt there is no exhilaration like the one to be working within nature. My work sometimes incorporates nature, but more often than not it focuses on my current surroundings.
