After being at Portland Community College for a few years and having many failed attempts of meeting with advisors and figuring out what I wanted to do in the future. I decided to sit down and write down all of the goals I wanted to accomplish in 2015. The biggest one was getting into Portland State University. I applied and a few days later was accepted right away. Long story short, follow your dreams! As I enter my Junior year of college working to obtain my Bachelors Of Science in Community Health Education I know what I want to do now. And that is to not only be able to give back to the community and travel the world but, to help adults and youth reach their full potential and also being an advocate for healthcare and promoting wellness.
