Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a beautiful martial art that teaches you self-defence and strengthens the ‘never give up’ mindset. The main pillars of learning the art of grappling are consistency and hard work - traits that breed growth and success not only on the mats, but also in so many aspects of our personal and professional lives.

When I'm not glued to my internet devices, I'm out in nature training for my first ever marathon, reading self-development books or practising Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
