Jayavignesh G, popularly known as JV4ALL, is a marketing and sales professional with 5+ years of professional experience and more than 15 years of life experience shaped by challenges, learning, resilience, relationships, and growth.

Born into a family involved in the cardamom business, Jayavignesh experienced both comfort and financial struggles from an early age. He proudly says he was “born with a silver spoon,” but life soon taught him the realities of money, responsibility, perseverance, and hard work.

His school days were full of unforgettable memories. Known for visiting different classrooms, sitting on back benches, and spending time with juniors and seniors on the playground, he naturally built friendships across the campus. Teachers, friends, and even the principal affectionately called him “JV” — a name that eventually became the identity behind JV4ALL.

During his BBA, he started working part-time in a departmental store while continuing his studies. College became another important chapter of his life, where he built friendships across departments and developed strong communication, networking, and leadership skills. The guidance of his professors further shaped his confidence and ambitions.

Driven by his passion for business and marketing, he pursued an MBA in Marketing, strengthening his knowledge of consumer behaviour, sales, branding, and business development.

Professionally, Jayavignesh gained valuable experience with Reliance Jio and Asian Paints, developing hands-on expertise in sales, channel development, retail operations, customer engagement, and market expansion.

Since July 2025, he has been working as a Relationship Officer at Dulux Paints, focusing on customer relationships, dealer engagement, business growth, sales development, and market expansion.

Alongside his corporate career, he is the Founder of JVGO, a growing personal brand built on ambition, consistency, creativity, networking, and the belief that ordinary beginnings can create extraordinary stories.

One principle stands above everything for Jayavignesh: Character comes first.

He believes money, position, success, popularity, and relationships can change, but character defines who you truly are.

He does not compromise his values just to stay somewhere, protect a position, please someone, or gain temporary benefits. If a place or situation demands him to compromise his principles, he chooses to move out.
