I use research to identify changes in digital commerce and finance that can positively change the future. I founded Javelin Strategy & Research and serve on the Consumer Advisory Board of the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau). I also volunteer on the Board of Directors of Bike East Bay, which is focused on addressing climate change and obesity via better transportation policy.
