Jason Voelker
San Francisco Bay Area, CA
Jason Voelker is the originator of Computational Quantum Theory (CQT), a mathematically rigorous and testable framework proposing that spacetime and gravity emerge from entanglement dynamics on a finite, evolving causal graph. Bridging theoretical physics, constitutional law, and epistemology, Voelker’s work reimagines the universe not as a continuum, but as a finite quantum computation where geometry is emergent and information is fundamental.
As a litigator, Voelker has built a formidable reputation across civil, criminal, and corporate arenas. He has prevailed in high-stakes matters involving federal civil rights (§ 1983), government torts, insurance disputes, and wrongful incarceration claims—securing sentence reductions and post-conviction relief through deft command of procedural regimes like the PLRA and AEDPA. In Pruco v. California Energy Development, Voelker commenced litigation as a derivative shareholder and, through strategic fiduciary litigation, rose to assume control of the company as CEO—effectively orchestrating a lawful internal takeover.
He also pioneered new legal terrain in the cryptocurrency space, litigating one of the first bailment-based asset recovery theories in Celsius Network LLC v. Voelker—an argument ultimately preserved in the published bankruptcy docket and now cited in emerging digital asset jurisprudence.
Courts have entrusted Voelker with fiduciary appointments reflecting the highest confidence in his integrity and competence, including service as a court-appointed special administrator, receiver, and successor trustee in complex trust and estate matters. A former Director of the Marin County Law Library and a judicial clerk in Contra Costa County, he brings unmatched interdisciplinary depth to the practice of law.
