I am an experienced sales manager. From the very beginning of my career, I have been associated with the automotive parts distribution market in Poland (Automotive Aftermarket Industry). I worked for the polish market leader, Inter Cars S.A. and Elit Polska sp.z o.o. (owner LKQ Europe), Fota S.A.
I'm experienced in managing dispersed sales teams with multiple management levels (Regional Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, branch networks) and small business units.

The solutions I have implemented translated directly into the efficiency of salespeople's work, improvement of the trade margin by 5 percentage points and the company's profitability (+ 3% EBITDA).
While working as a Regional Director, I successfully implemented a sales development project in a new area of ​​the company's activity and the sales itself increased above 50%, ultimately the company took the position of the area leader. As a branch manager, I built a sales market from zero to PLN 7.2 million
