Welcome, and thanks for stopping by to learn more about me!
Continuing my education is very important to me. I am enjoying school very much, and keep finding more classes and subjects that interest me. I like being in the classroom, you can learn just as much from other students as you do from the instructors. I am currently a part-time student at Capella University pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management.
Open Arms of MN is the only nonprofit organization in Minnesota that cooks and delivers free meals specifically tailored to meet the nutrition needs of individuals living with HIV/AIDS, MS, ALS, breast cancer and more than 60 other diseases. My regular volunteering started at Open Arms in September of 2011 as a service learning requirement for a class I was taking at Century College. I liked the organization so much that I have continued to donate my time to them on a regular basis. I am so glad I am able to make a contribution to their organization and the community. My favorite pastime is paper crafting and rubber stamping. I facilitate and participate in several card swaps along with an ever expanding group of great gals who enjoy card making too. I am always looking for ways to use all of the stamps and supplies I collect!
