Hire me

Born in London, Ontario 1998, I was raised with a passion for travel. Travelling inspired me to learn languages, to be able to connect with and understand others from different cultures.

With determination, I worked 4 jobs in highschool while starting up my own small business - glitter tattoos! With motivation to succeed, I received a Summer Company grant from the Government of Ontario through London Small Business Center.

After taking classes at the University of Western Ontario (UWO) alongside my regular highschool classes in grade 12, my passion for french grew. I then applied to Laurentian University and started in 2016, to obtain my Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Arts in French Second Language.

Following my drive to learn languages, I found many opportunities to travel, learn, and practice languages. I worked as an AuPair in Spain, as a student teacher at Thames Valley District School Board in an English Second Language Newcomer Summer program for immigrants, as well as a tutor in the classroom (OFIP) through Rainbow District School Board.

Currently, I am in my fourth year at Laurentian University looking to complete my Bachelor of Arts in 2020 and complete my Bachelor of Education in 2021. During the summers, I work as a bilingual tour guide in Tobermory, Ontario, teaching people of all ages about the Bruce Peninsula.

My past experiences have helped me to learn and develop teaching and classroom management skills, while my creativity allows for interactive and new learning experiences, with a drive to get things done.
