As a designer I can offer my clients vision and skills beneficial to selling their home. Measuring the home and creating 3D and interactive floor plans are an advantage for advertising, they give prospective buyers an instant visual of the layout of the home. Advertising is extremely important when selling your house, depicting clear and descriptive information will give the seller an edge. My design skills allow me to offer suggestions to my clients on how to improve their home to help it sell as well as a home staging service. Home staging is the act of preparing a private residence for sale in the real estate marketplace. The goal of staging is to make a home appealing to the highest number of potential buyers, thereby selling a property more swiftly and for more money.
