I work to research and develop new product offerings to help the company continue to grow and stay on the bleeding edge of technology. Taking something from an idea through the financial analysis, customer focus groups, marketing analysis to final product creation and roll-out.
Once the product or service is ready to roll-out I am also involved with the training and cheer leading phase. It is important to educate both customers as well as employees when rolling out a new product.
This is brand new position for Nex-Tech and I can’t be more excited to create the processes and see how it evolves.
For the previous 20 years I was the Internet/Network Manager for Nex-Tech, Inc. in Hays Kansas. I was the first Internet employee back in 1996 and we are now the dominant Internet Service Provider in over 60 communities in NW Kansas.
Along with Internet services my team was also responsible for the very successful Nex-Tech Classifieds, www.nextechclassifieds.com. With over 128,000 registered users and 18 million page views per month we are the most popular classifieds site in Western Kansas.
I truly enjoy technology and playing with new gadgets. I have a hunger to learn new things and I live and breath technology 24x7.
Oh yea, I love playing tennis with my boys!
