I am presently a senior leader for agile teams delivering leading-edge software solutions using cloud-native principles in the health insurance (payer) industry. After more than three decades working in and around technology, I thrive on transformation and building high-performing teams, delivering challenging and innovative technology solutions, and infusing design thinking throughout the product delivery life-cycle.

I have lived in Eureka/Pacific, Missouri with my family since 2002. My interests are very broad, ranging from a wide variety of music to philosophy, psychology, technology in society, technology trends and innovation, and design.
