Since then, Jyoti has been enthusiastic about the hobby by installing a karaoke machine at her and her parents homes, finding websites and software that provide Hindi Karaoke options, sharing the love of karaoke with her family and attending meet ups related to this talent. She has also hosted Karaoke parties in her apartment and promoted the talent and pastime to her friends. Jyoti believes that music is the most relaxing activity in the world and wishes to continue being involved in Karaoke, she thinks it is the best way to pass on your language and culture to your children, especially when they grow up in a country where Hindi is not widely spoken. Jyoti hopes to create an interest group for Hindi and Punjabi karaoke singing and to promote it to the local community in the near future.
