Jyotishka Datta

I am a postdoctoral fellow at Duke University and SAMSI (Statistical & Applied Mathematical Sciences Institute, Durham, NC). My postdoc mentors are Prof. David Dunson and Prof. Sandeep Dave. Before moving to Duke, I did my Ph.D. in Statistics from Purdue University under the guidance of Prof. Jayanta K. Ghosh. I am primarily a Bayesian methodologist working on high-throughput data, such as massive genomic data routinely produced by next-gen sequencing technologies. Other than my Ph.D and post-doc mentors, I collaborate frequently with Prof. Nick Polson at U-Chicago, Prof. Anindya Bhadra at Purdue, and Prof. Partha Majumder at NIBMG, Kalyani.

If you need more information about me, please email me. My email address is [email protected].
