A position as an Instructional Coach would allow me to learn along with colleagues while sharing best practices, effective resources and celebrating new ideas.

Through 12 years of teaching, I have taught all elementary grades in three different countries. This has helped me gain a diverse and global perspective on Education and innovative practices.

I'm regularly trying to design cross-curricular learning while focussing on the "Big Ideas" within the curriculum. My background in music and art has propelled me to regularly integrate The Arts into areas of literacy and numeracy.

I'm excited about new learning ahead as it's through change and challenges that true growth is achieved. I share this belief with all of my students and teach them to take risks, make mistakes and reflect on their strengths and areas of growth.
