Thank you for visiting my page! I’m Kimberly Helms. I’m a Health Science teacher at Carson High School. I have been a Registered Nurse for 30 years and I've been teaching Health Science for 14 years. This is my first year teaching at Carson and I'm excited to be a Carson Cougar! I teach Health Team Relations, Health Science I, and Nursing Fundamentals.

China Grove is my hometown! My favorite things to do are cruising or sailing in the Caribbean, spending time with family, and shopping. I love shoes! My husband Eric and I have 3 wonderful children.
